Pre-orders
How does the pre-order deposit work?
Reserve a kit with a £10 deposit. We will contact you about the remaining balance before your order is dispatched. The total price and current estimated dispatch date are shown on each product page.
Can I cancel my reservation?
The £10 deposit is refundable before the remaining balance is collected. Email info@haldon.cc with your name and order number if you need help with your reservation.
Delivery
When will my kit be dispatched?
The estimated dispatch date is shown on the product page. We will update pre-order customers if that estimate changes.
Is UK delivery included?
Yes. UK delivery is included in the price shown on the product page.
Do you ship to Europe and Rest of World?
We currently only ship to addresses in the United Kingdom.

What is included in each kit?
Each kit’s contents are listed on its product page. Please check the individual product listing for the most current information.
Are the product images and descriptions final?
Product images are pre-production renders for illustration. Product descriptions, packaging formats, weights and measures are subject to change. Final products, accessories and packaging may vary.
How do I check whether a product is suitable for my equipment?
Please check the product page and usage guidance. For a specific surface or finish, contact us before use.
Can I use the Cycling Care Kit on any type of bike?
Yes, our cycling care products have been designed to work on all bikes - road, gravel, mountain bikes, and e-bikes. Our formulations are safe to use on carbon, aluminium, alloys, titanium and steel.
Can I use the Golf Care Kit on any type of golf club?
Yes, our golf care products have been designed to work on all clubs and grips.
Where are your products made?
Haldon care products are designed, made, and tested here in England.
