Delivery & Returns

UK delivery is included in the listed price of each care kit.

The latest estimated dispatch date is shown on the product page. We will update pre-order customers if this estimate changes. We will confirm delivery details when your order is dispatched.

A £10 deposit reserves your kit. The deposit is refundable before the remaining balance is collected.

We will contact you about the remaining balance before dispatch. The product page shows the current total price and estimated dispatch date.

To cancel your pre-order before the remaining balance is collected, email info@haldon.cc with your order number. We will refund your £10 deposit.

If your order has already been dispatched, please see the returns information below.

For most online orders, you can tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. After telling us, you have a further 14 days to return them.

To start a return, email info@haldon.cc with your order number. We will provide the return instructions. Please do not send goods back before contacting us.

If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact info@haldon.cc with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs can help us resolve it more quickly.
